After our successful 2020 seminar on the protection of know-how fell victim to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are optimistic about this year:

“Protection of Know-How in the workplace – At the intersection of labor law and the trade secrets act”
is scheduled to take place
is scheduled to take place from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. in Frankfurt am Main. We will report on current developments, provide a comprehensive overview of the intersection of these two areas of law, and, in particular, analyze the higher court decisions from the Regional Labor Court (LAG) and the Higher Regional Court (OLG) that have since been issued regarding the German Act on the Protection of Trade Secret (GeschGehG). Registration through the German Lawyers’ Academy will open in the summer of 2021.
